Order Fulfillment:
Thank you for your support of Mata Traders and of fair trade! Mata will ship your order within 2 working days if stock is available. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, we'll ship it by the next available working day during normal business hours. You will be notified via email if stock is unavailable for immediate shipping.
The standard method of shipping purchases from Mata Traders is USPS First Class mail. Other expedited shipping arrangements may be selected at check out.
Please allow 3-7 business days after order ships out for delivery via USPS First Class to continental US addresses, unless expedited service is confirmed.

Taxes:
As Mata Traders’ fulfillment warehouse is located in Illinois, residents of this state only are subject to a Cook County sales tax rate of 9.50% as a result of online purchases.
Return/Refund Policy:
We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the merchandise unused and with receipt and original tags back to Mata Traders at 5215 N. Ravenswood Ave. Suite 112, Chicago, IL 60640. We will offer a full refund for merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns after 30 days will receive store credit. Please specify if you would like a refund or exchange; for exchanges, please also specify what items you want to have shipped to you instead. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
