Order Fulfillment:
Thank you for your support of Mata Traders and of fair trade! Mata will ship your order within 2 working days if stock is available. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, we'll ship it by the next available working day during normal business hours. You will be notified via email if stock is unavailable for immediate shipping.
The standard method of shipping purchases from Mata Traders is USPS Priority mail. Any other expedited shipping arrangements, including Express mail, must be made in advance by calling us at (773) 944-5418, or via email at: mata@matatraders.com
Please allow 3-7 business days after order ships out for delivery via USPS Priority to continental US addresses, unless expedited service is confirmed.

We also offer an expedited Express mail shipping option for a fee of $25.00 per order, in addition to normal shipping costs. Expedited orders are typically delivered within 1-2 working days after shipping, to the continental US.
For shipping to Canada, add $10.00 to shipping costs shown above for USPS Priority Mail International orders and allow 6-10 business days after shipping for delivery.

Taxes:
As Mata Traders’ fulfillment warehouse is located in Illinois, residents of this state only are subject to a Cook County sales tax rate of 10.25% as a result of online purchases.
Return/Refund Policy:
We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your Mata purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason or the merchandise is defective, please return the merchandise back to Mata Traders with your original packing slip, and the reason for the return noted. Please specify if you would like a refund, or exchange; for exchanges, please also specify what items you want to have shipped to you instead. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment. For credit cards, you must provide the original credit card number in order for us to complete the return. Returned products must be in new and unused condition for refund/exchange and must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
