Thank you for your support of Mata Traders and of fair trade! Mata will ship your order within 4 business days if not sooner. You will be notified via email if stock is unavailable for immediate shipping.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
The standard method of shipping purchases from Mata Traders is USPS First Class mail. If you choose expedited shipping we will using a shipping method with 1-2 days trackable transit. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you use the expedited shipping option to alert us that your purchase is a priority and we will get it out as soon as possible.
Please allow 3-7 business days after order ships for delivery via USPS First Class to continental U.S. addresses, unless expedited service is confirmed.

For shipping to Canada, add $12.00 to shipping costs shown above for USPS Priority Mail International orders and allow 6-10 business days after shipping for delivery.

As Mata Traders’ fulfillment warehouse is located in Illinois, residents of this state only are subject to a Cook County sales tax rate of 9.25% as a result of online purchases.
We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund for merchandise returned unused within 30 days of receipt. Returns after 30 days will receive store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.

When making a return, please include your sales receipt and specify if you would like a refund or exchange; for exchanges, please also specify the desired item(s) and size(s). Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Return shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend using a trackable return method, as Mata Traders cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. Please allow one week for processing time on returns and exchanges.
