MAUREEN’S WISH LIST

What could the founder of a fair trade company want for Christmas? We asked and it turns out – lots of things! One of the items even looks an awful lot like an item on A.J.’s list (apparently we all love us some glass frames).

A clutch from Fair Coast Goods and Upholstery with lining from recycled Mata fabrics – This would be a splurge item but so worth it when you feel the softness of the leather. It’s the type of gift you’d have forever.

The smoking shoe from Nisolo shoes in caramel – It looks comfy yet could be dressed up for trade shows when you are on your feet all day and need a good flat.

Rising Tide Fair Trade Weekender Bag – Want, want, want. No explanation needed.

Starling Pocket dress in bottles print – A festive dress to wear to a holiday cocktail party and looks great layered with turtleneck and high boots.

Kiko Glass Matte Gray Frames – These were on my wedding registry but we never got them and I have some wedding photos that would go so perfectly in a little trio of these unique frames.

Take note, friends. There’s something for everyone in the world of fair trade items, and every ethical purchase you make is one step closer to ending global poverty.
