Holiday 2018 Order Fulfillment
Happy Holidays from Mata Traders! For domestic orders to arrive by Christmas Day, we recommend placing your order by 12 pm CT on Monday, December 17. While we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in time for Christmas during this busy USPS shipping season, we feel that sending a package by that date has the best chance of arrival before Christmas. Gift cards, however, are automatically generated and will be delivered electronically upon purchase.
Our offices will be closed December 19-20 for our annual inventory count. We will not be packing and shipping orders received after 5pm CT on December 18 until Friday, December 21. Thank you for your patience during this busy season.
Our offices are closed in observance of seasonal holidays December 24-25 and December 31-January 1. We will be open from December 26-28 with limited holiday hours.
Thank you for your support of Mata Traders and our fair trade mission. Mata will ship your order within 3 business days, if not sooner. Our office and warehouse are open Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12pm CT on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
As Mata Traders’ fulfillment warehouse is located in Illinois, residents of this state only are subject to a Cook County sales tax rate of 10.25% as a result of online purchases.
Domestic Shipping Information
The standard method of shipping purchases from Mata Traders is USPS Priority mail. Please allow 2-3 business days after your order ships for delivery to continental U.S. addresses. If you choose expedited shipping, we will mail your order as soon as possible using a shipping method with 1-2 days guaranteed transit. If you place your order after 12pm CT on Friday it will be processed the follow Monday, even for expedited expedited orders. For international shipping rates and options, please see below.

1. USPS First-Class Mail International - most affordable option, but not trackable:
- Delivery typically takes between 7-21 business days once the order is shipped from our warehouse. Delays in customs can increase delivery time.

2. USPS Priority Mail International - trackable, faster option:
- Delivery typically takes between 3-10 business days once the order is shipped from our warehouse. Delays in customs can increase delivery time.

Returns and Exchanges
We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund for merchandise returned unused within 30 days of receipt. Returns after 30 days will receive store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days. Merchandise indicated as 'Final Sale' at purchase may not be returned or exchanged. When making a return, please click here to download and print our Retail Return Form and indicate whether you would like a refund, exchange, or credit. If exchange, please indicate desired item(s) and size(s). Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but exchanges will be sent out at no extra cost. We recommend using a trackable return method, as Mata Traders cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. Please allow a processing time of two weeks on returns and exchanges.
Final Sale Policy: Merchandise marked 'Final Sale' may not be returned or exchanged.
