As Mata Traders’ fulfillment warehouse is located in Illinois, residents of this state only are subject to a Cook County sales tax rate of 10.25% as a result of online purchases.
The standard method of shipping purchases from Mata Traders is USPS Priority mail. Please allow 2-3 business days after your order ships for delivery to continental U.S. addresses. If you choose expedited shipping, we will get it out to you as soon as possible using a shipping method with 1-2 days guaranteed transit. For international shipping rates and options, please see below.

- Delivery typically takes between 7-21 business days once the order is shipped from our warehouse. Delays in customs can increase delivery time.

We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund for merchandise returned unused within 30 days of receipt. Returns after 30 days will receive store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days. Merchandise indicated as 'Final Sale' at purchase may not be returned or exchanged.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but exchanges will be sent out at no extra cost. We recommend using a trackable return method, as Mata Traders cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. Please allow a processing time of two weeks on returns and exchanges.
