Returns & Exchanges

We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund for merchandise returned unused within 30 days of receipt. Returns after 30 days will receive store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.

To start your return, please enter your order number (numbers only) and email address above. When making a return, please indicate whether you would like a refund, exchange, or credit. If exchange, please indicate the desired item(s) and size(s) in the customer notes section. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but exchanges will be sent out at no extra cost. We recommend using a trackable return method, as Mata Traders cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. Please allow a processing time of two weeks on returns and exchanges.

Final Sale Policy: Merchandise marked 'Final Sale' at purchase may not be returned or exchanged.
